We are inviting applications for the position of

PGT Physics Teacher

to teach

Grades 11 & 12 (CBSE curriculum)

and guide students in

NEET and JEE foundation-level Physics

. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of core Physics concepts and a passion for mentoring students for both academic and competitive excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach Physics to senior secondary students (Grades 11 & 12) in alignment with the CBSE curriculum. Provide foundation coaching for

NEET

and

JEE (Main & Advanced)

entrance exams. Design and implement effective lesson plans, practice papers, and assessments to prepare students for both board and competitive exams. Simplify complex Physics concepts using interactive and engaging teaching methods. Conduct doubt-clearing sessions, concept reinforcement classes, and regular test series. Analyze student performance and provide timely feedback and guidance. Collaborate with the academic team to align curriculum planning and ensure coverage of both CBSE and entrance exam topics. Maintain records of student progress, class performance, and test results. Participate actively in school activities, training programs, and faculty development sessions.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Postgraduate degree (M.Sc.) in Physics with a B.Ed. Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in Physics for Grades 11 & 12 (CBSE). Experience in NEET and JEE coaching (Physics) is

strongly preferred

. Excellent conceptual clarity, communication, and classroom management skills. Ability to use digital tools for teaching and student assessments.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

Experience in curriculum planning and setting question papers for competitive exams. Up-to-date knowledge of exam patterns and concept-based teaching techniques. Enthusiastic, student-centric, and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
