Experience:

Minimum 2-5 years preferred

Qualification:

Postgraduate in Physics with B.Ed (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and effective lessons in Physics for senior secondary students (Grades 09-12). Prepare and implement lesson plans in line with curriculum standards (CBSE) Conduct regular assessments, evaluate student progress, and provide constructive feedback. Prepare students for board exams and competitive entrance tests (IIT-JEE/NEET, etc.) if applicable. Use modern teaching aids and digital resources to enhance learning outcomes. Maintain student records, attendance, and academic performance reports. Collaborate with other faculty members and participate in departmental meetings, training, and workshops. Communicate effectively with parents about student progress and behavior. Foster a classroom culture of inquiry, discipline, and respect.

Required Qualifications:

M.Sc. in Physics from a recognized university B.Ed. from a recognized institution Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a reputed school (preferred). Proficiency in spoken and written English. Good classroom management skills. Comfortable with technology-enabled teaching tools (smart boards, LMS, etc.).

Desirable Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching. Familiarity with NEP 2020 guidelines and modern pedagogical strategies.
