- Physics Teacher

Purpose of Role:

To teach Physics (Classes 10-12 CBSE) and actively contribute to residential school life, including evening prep classes, co-curriculars, outings, and dorm care in emergencies.

KRAs:

Teach CBSE Physics curriculum effectively. Conduct evening prep classes for academic support. Guide students in labs, projects, and competitive exam readiness. Participate in co-curriculars, outings, and pastoral care.

KPIs:

? 80% students score above 70% in Physics board exams. 100% completion of syllabus on time. Minimum 90% attendance in prep classes.

Skills:

Strong subject expertise, clear communication, student mentoring, adaptability, teamwork.

Qualifications:

Master's/Bachelor's in Physics with B.Ed. (Residential school experience preferred).
