SFS School, Narengi is seeking a dedicated and dynamic educator to serve as

PGT - Physics

. The role requires strong subject expertise and the ability to teach complex physical concepts with clarity, enabling students to develop analytical thinking, scientific reasoning, and a strong foundation for higher education. Qualifications:

Postgraduate in Physics (mandatory) B.Ed. is mandatory Minimum 3 years of relevant teaching experience at the senior secondary level

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and well-structured Physics lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum for senior secondary classes. Develop lesson plans, experiments, teaching aids, and assessments suited to diverse learning needs. Promote conceptual clarity, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving through demonstrations, numerical problem-solving, and practical applications. Conduct regular formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress and board examination readiness. Provide academic support and mentoring to students requiring additional guidance. Supervise and guide practical laboratory work, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Maintain accurate academic records and contribute to report card preparation. Create a classroom environment that encourages inquiry, curiosity, and confidence in scientific thinking. Actively participate in school events, academic meetings, and professional development programmes. Collaborate with colleagues for interdisciplinary teaching and curriculum enrichment. Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and academic concerns.
