Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced

PGT Mathematics Teacher

to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will have strong subject knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to engage senior secondary students in mathematical concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

Teaching & Instruction:

Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons for

Grades 11 and 12

based on the CBSE curriculum. Use innovative teaching methodologies, technology, and real-life examples to simplify complex mathematical concepts. Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments to evaluate student progress effectively. Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide individual attention to students as needed.

Assessment & Academic Performance:

Design and administer tests, quizzes, and examinations in accordance with school guidelines. Evaluate student performance, provide feedback, and guide students for academic improvement. Prepare students for board exams and competitive exams like

JEE, NDA, Olympiads, etc.

Classroom Management & Student Development:

Maintain discipline and foster a

positive learning environment

in the classroom. Encourage analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and mathematical reasoning among students. Identify and mentor students with exceptional skills and those needing extra support.

Collaboration & Professional Development:

Coordinate with other subject teachers to integrate interdisciplinary learning. Attend faculty meetings, workshops, and training programs to stay updated with

educational best practices

. Participate in

school events, parent-teacher meetings, and extracurricular activities

Educational Qualifications:

Master's Degree (M.Sc.) in Mathematics

or a related field.

Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.)

is mandatory.
