The role includes conducting assessments, evaluating student performance, and providing constructive feedback to ensure academic excellence. The candidate should maintain classroom discipline, foster a positive learning environment, and encourage critical thinking and problem-solving among students. Proficiency in using technology for teaching, excellent communication skills, and a passion for mentoring learners are essential. Prior experience of 2-3 years in teaching senior secondary classes will be preferred.
