- Mathematics Teacher

Purpose of Role:

To teach Mathematics (Classes 10-12 CBSE) and contribute to the overall residential school environment.

KRAs:

Deliver Mathematics lessons and problem-solving sessions. Lead evening prep classes with individual doubt-solving. Prepare students for boards and competitive exams. Support co-curricular, outings, and dorm responsibilities.

KPIs:

?75% students achieve 70%+ in board exams. 100% syllabus completion with regular assessments. 90%+ student participation in prep classes.

Logical reasoning, clear communication, problem-solving, student motivation, teamwork.

Qualifications:

Master's/Bachelor's in Mathematics with B.Ed. (Residential school experience preferred).
