Key Responsibilities:

Teach Mathematics for Middle School as per CBSE curriculum. Plan and deliver clear, structured, and concept-oriented lessons. Prepare lesson plans, practice worksheets, assignments, and model papers. Conduct regular assessments, unit tests, and exam preparation sessions. Prepare students thoroughly for Board Exams with revision strategies. Maintain accurate student records and track academic performance. Ensure classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment. Use smartboard, digital tools, and interactive teaching methods. Provide remedial support to students when required. Participate in department meetings, academic planning, and school events.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Postgraduate degree in Mathematics (M.Sc/M.A)

B.Ed

preferred as per CBSE norms. Minimum

2-5 years

of teaching experience in senior classes (preferred). Strong communication skills and deep conceptual knowledge. Ability to use digital platforms and smart classrooms effectively.

Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, student-friendly manner. Proficiency in using smartboards, digital teaching tools, and online platforms. Effective lesson planning and assessment skills. Patience, discipline, and student-centric teaching approach. Ability to guide students for board exams and competitive exams.

Additional Responsibilities:

Conduct remedial, doubt-clearing, and enrichment classes when required. Prepare question papers, correction work, and academic documentation. Support students in Math Olympiads, competitions, and academic projects. Participate in school events, Annual Day, PTMs, and academic planning meetings. Contribute to curriculum development and subject enrichment programs. Ensure timely completion of syllabus and maintain student performance records.
