1. Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons as per the prescribed curriculum (CBSE).
2. Teach students of Classes XI and XII, covering topics such as Algebra, Calculus, Trigonometry, Probability, Statistics, and Coordinate Geometry.
3. Develop detailed lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching aids to promote conceptual clarity and logical thinking.
4. Assess students' progress through tests, assignments, projects, and class participation.
5. Evaluate answer sheets and maintain accurate records of students' academic performance.
6. Provide remedial classes and doubt-clearing sessions as required.
7. Prepare students effectively for board examinations and competitive exams (if applicable).
8. Encourage analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and application-based learning.
9. Use modern teaching techniques (ICT tools, smart boards, mathematical software) for effective instruction.
10. Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive, motivating learning environment.
Collaborate with colleagues, participate in staff meetings, and contribute to academic planning.
11. Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding students' progress and concerns.
12. Participate in school activities, examinations, and other academic responsibilities assigned by management.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
1. Master's degree in Mathematics (M.Sc. Mathematics).
2. B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
3. Strong command over subject matter and curriculum requirements.
4. Good command over English and Hindi (as per school requirement).
5. Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
6. Ability to mentor senior secondary students with patience and clarity.
7. Proficiency in using technology for teaching and assessment.
