Job Description

Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons often following the curriculum and guidelines. Create an interactive and stimulating learning environment that encourages critical thinking, problem-solving, and participation from students of diverse learning needs. Monitor student progress through assignments, quizzes, and exams, providing timely and constructive feedback to support their growth. Prepare students for board exams and other competitive mathematics examinations by developing specialized strategies and conducting practice papers and mock exams. A Master's degree in Mathematics with deep content knowledge. Proficiency in various teaching methodologies and the ability to adapt them to suit individual student needs. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues. Strong ability to manage classroom dynamics, foster a positive environment, and maintain student discipline. Collaborate with fellow teachers, department heads, and school administration to enhance the overall academic program. Stay updated with advancements in mathematics education and engage in continuous professional development to enhance teaching skills.
