Master's degree in the relevant subject (required).
B.Ed. (required as per CBSE norms).
Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at senior secondary level (preferred).
Experience in a residential school (preferred).
Key Responsibilities
Teach Classes XI-XII as per CBSE/Board curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and teaching aids.
Conduct regular tests and maintain academic records.
Provide remedial classes and support students for board exam preparation.
Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a positive learning environment.
Use digital tools and smart-class technology in teaching.
Supervise
evening study/prep sessions
for hostel students.
Act as a
mentor/house tutor
for assigned boarders.
Participate in school events, assemblies, competitions, and co-curricular activities.
Attend PTMs, staff meetings, and mandatory training sessions.
Support the pastoral care and overall welfare of students in the residential setup.
