to join our senior wing faculty team.

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver

well-structured and engaging lessons

as per CBSE curriculum. Prepare detailed

lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessments

. Conduct

tests, project work, and assignments

to track student learning. Mentor and guide students for

board exams and competitive exams (CUET/OLYMPIADS/University Entrance Tests)

. Foster an environment of

critical thinking, debate, and research-based learning

. Encourage participation in

literary activities, discussions, and co-curricular events

. Collaborate with faculty, coordinators, and parents to ensure

student progress and well-being

. Ensure

timely completion of syllabus

and maintain proper academic records. Use

technology and digital platforms

to make learning interactive and effective.

Eligibility & Qualifications

Post Graduate Degree

in the respective subject (History/Political Science/Economics/English).

B.Ed. (mandatory)

. Minimum

3-5 years of teaching experience

in a CBSE-affiliated senior secondary school preferred. Strong subject expertise and

excellent command over English communication

. Passion for

student engagement, mentorship, and academic excellence

CBSE requirements

. Strong classroom management and mentoring skills. Ability to integrate
