Job Summary

Vikas Vidyalaya is seeking a qualified, enthusiastic, and experienced PGT Hindi teacher to teach senior secondary classes (Grades XI-XII). The candidate should have strong subject knowledge, effective teaching skills, and the ability to inspire students to achieve academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Teach Hindi to senior secondary classes (Classes XI & XII) as per CBSE Board curriculum Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons aligned with the syllabus Prepare students for board examinations through effective teaching strategies Assess, evaluate, and monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment Participate in academic planning, staff meetings, and school activities Guide students in improving language skills, literature appreciation, and writing abilities

Eligibility & Qualifications

Excellent command over Hindi language and literature Passion for teaching and mentoring students Ability to engage and motivate senior secondary students Good organizational and interpersonal skills
