Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development and Delivery:

Creating and delivering engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum for Hindi language and literature, including grammar, prose, poetry, and composition.

Teaching and Instruction:

Delivering high-quality instruction, conducting lectures, and facilitating discussions to enhance students' understanding of the subject.

Assessment and Evaluation:

Evaluating student performance through assignments, tests, and exams, providing feedback, and tracking their progress.

Student Guidance:

Mentoring and guiding students in developing their linguistic and analytical skills, and preparing them for board exams and other assessments.

Extracurricular Activities:

Participating in and organizing extracurricular activities related to Hindi language and literature, such as debates, poetry recitation, and literary competitions.

Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, grades, and academic progress.

Collaboration:

Collaborating with other teachers, especially the Head of Department (HOD), to ensure effective teaching and learning.
