Key Responsibilities:

Teaching & Curriculum:

Deliver high-quality Hindi instruction (language, grammar, literature) for CBSE classes (XI, XII), following the syllabus.

Lesson Planning:

Create and implement dynamic lesson plans, activities, and materials to enhance understanding.

Assessment:

Set, mark, and provide timely feedback on assignments, tests, and exams; track student progress.

Classroom Management:

Maintain a stimulating, focused, and pleasant classroom environment, managing behavior effectively.

Student Support:

Adapt teaching for diverse learning styles, provide extra support, and mentor students for events/competitions.

Collaboration:

Work with HOD, parents, and other staff (counselors, etc.) for holistic student development.

Administrative Duties:

Maintain records, write reports, and contribute to school activities/meetings.

Essential Qualifications

:

Education:

Master's Degree (MA) in Hindi or related field (with Hindi as a subject).

Professional:

B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or equivalent.

Skills:

Strong command of Hindi & English (for teaching), excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.

Key Skills:

Creating engaging lessons. Conceptual clarity. Classroom discipline. Parent-teacher communication. Adaptability.
