Job Description

Conducting classes for students in Hindi at the senior secondary level . Preparing and delivering engaging as well as informative lessons that align with the curriculum and educational standards. Utilizing various teaching methodologies to cater to different learning styles in accordance with abilities of students. Organizing and supervising laboratory experiments to reinforce theoretical concepts. Designing and developing lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment tools. Integrating modern teaching techniques, technology, and resources into the curriculum to enhance learning outcomes. Designing, administering, and grading assessments, including tests, quizzes, assignments, and examinations. Providing constructive feedback to students to facilitate their academic growth and improvement. Monitoring and tracking student progress, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing remedial measures as needed. Establishing a positive and conducive learning environment in the classroom. Managing student behavior and ensuring discipline and adherence to school rules and regulations. Promoting a culture of respect, collaboration, and inclusivity among students. Participating in and supporting extracurricular activities such as science fairs, science clubs, and competitions. Mentoring and guiding students in science-related projects and research activities. Communicating effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress, academic performance, and any concerns or issues. Fulfilling administrative responsibilities such as maintaining student records, preparing reports, and attending staff meetings.
