PGT is a multi-year global business transformation program - the PepsiCo Global Template (PGT) - for PepsiCo. The PGT program includes the design, build and deployment of a global digital foundation with harmonized business processes and common data taxonomy leveraging latest generation SAP S4/HANA business application suite. The PGT solution is a multi-billion-dollar investment in PepsiCo's future and is a strategic plank to the ongoing success and sustainability of its business operations.

Overview of the role:

Serve as Global Process Lead (GPL) in close partnership with GPLs from other value streams. Provide business knowledge to enable common, global processes, data, reporting and analytics and supports the delivery of PepsiCo Global Template solution capabilities across all in-scope PepsiCo markets and sectors.
This AR/Cash GPL role would be focusing on end-to-end AR process, especially in Pepsico Standard Cash Application area, which closely integrated with dispute resolution, trade settlement, invoicing and corrections etc. This process is expected to improve Pepsico cash flow and productivity in share service center.

Accountabilities:
In the area of AR Cash, deliver on the following responsibilities:

• Act as the Product Owner for the global cash application solutions being delivered within the end-to-end OTC AR process
• Own global cash application process interdependencies and ensure the design of fully integrated process solutions with other sub process (FSCM etc.) and other value streams (RTR, TPM etc)
• Adopt the PGT cash solution capabilities across all in-scope PepsiCo markets and sectors.
• Supporting deployment on AR end to end business process design, resolution on market specific requirements, FUT, SIT and UAT
• Drive completion of key project activities in collaboration with the IT Solution Architects, business partner leaders and SAP co-development teams
• Provide the deployment teams with business knowledge necessary to enable common, global cash application processes, data, reporting and analytics

• At least 5 years solid finance background: Commercial finance, share service center or control experience would be preferred
• Familiar with PepsiCo business processes and nuances related to OTC processes across multiple markets
• Customer share service center experience with productivity and customer service mindset
• Strong experience in end-to-end AR process, and integration with other functional areas like finance, request to serve and trade promotions.
• Solid ERP experience, SAP power user is a plus
• Any SAP system deployment experience would be preferred
• Learns quickly when facing new problems, analyzes both successes and failures for clues to improvement
• Solves highly complex problems within the work team, and with cross-functional teams
