Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Post Graduate Teacher in Geography at Vishal Consultants, Indore located in Bhopal. The Post Graduate Teacher responsibilities will include and are not limited to preparing and delivering lessons, marking work, providing appropriate feedback and maintaining records of students\' progress. The Post Graduate Teacher will use a variety of delivery methods that will stimulate learning and ensure that students are able to apply theory to practice. S/he will keep up to date with changes and innovations in curriculum, teaching methodology and case studies in their field of expertise. Qualifications Post Graduate qualification (or equivalent) in Geography or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build rapport with students. A creative and dynamic approach to teaching and learning, with a willingness to embrace new technologies. The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. An understanding of and commitment to meeting the needs of a diverse range of students. A track record of effective teaching practice, with experience in teaching and assessing students at secondary level preferred. Ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience in educational research or publications is a plus.
