To plan, develop, and deliver high-quality Fine Arts education (including drawing, painting, sculpture, applied art, and art appreciation) to senior secondary students (Classes XI-XII), fostering creativity, critical thinking, and artistic skills in alignment with curriculum standards.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Fine Arts as per CBSE/ISC/State Board curriculum guidelines.
Teach theory and practical components, including drawing, painting, composition, sculpture, and art history.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessment materials.
Assess, evaluate, and document students' academic and practical performance.
Encourage creativity, originality, and appreciation of art among students.
Organize and supervise art exhibitions, competitions, workshops, and co-curricular activities.
Maintain art studios, materials, tools, and ensure safety and cleanliness.
Guide students in portfolio development and preparation for board examinations.
Integrate technology and contemporary art practices where appropriate.
Participate in faculty meetings, training programs, and school events.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.
Uphold school policies, discipline, and ethical standards.
