Instruction:
Teach various art forms, techniques (shading, color theory), and tool usage (charcoal, pencils, paints).

Evaluate student artwork and provide constructive feedback.
Classroom Management:
Maintain a positive, safe, and resourceful art studio.
Exhibitions & Events:
Organize art shows, competitions, and integrate art with other subjects.
Materials Management:
Manage and restock art supplies and tools.
Exam Preparation:
Prepare senior students for board exams and art-related competitions.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Master's degree (M.F.A.) or Bachelor's degree (B.F.A.) in Fine Arts or Art Education, often with a B.Ed..
Artistic Proficiency:
Strong skills in drawing, painting, and understanding various art mediums.
Teaching Skills:
Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management.
Art Knowledge:
Deep understanding of art history, theory, and modern techniques.
Technology:
Familiarity with digital art tools.
Essential Skills:
Inspiring and motivating students.
Lesson planning and curriculum development.
Ability to provide constructive critique.
