PGT English Teacher
to teach students and contribute to our mission of quality education.
Role Overview:
The PGT English Teacher will be responsible for teaching English Core/Literature to Classes IX and X, ensuring strong conceptual understanding, effective test preparation, and academic discipline among students.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach English Core (CBSE/ICSE/State Board) curriculum to students
Plan lessons, prepare study material, notes, and assignments for classroom teaching
Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and remedial classes for weaker students
Assist in test paper setting, evaluation, and performance analysis
Maintain student progress records and communicate feedback to parents
Train students for board exams, comprehension skills, essay writing, and grammar
Improve student proficiency in reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills
Manage class discipline and ensure an engaging learning environment
Coordinate with academic team for schedules, exams, and curriculum planning
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Master's degree in English + B.Ed. (Preferred)
Strong command over the subject and English language
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
Ability to explain concepts with clarity and real-life examples
Experience in coaching/teaching Classes 9 & 10 preferred (Freshers with strong subject knowledge can apply)
Working Hours:
5:00 PM to 8:00 PM (Monday-Saturday)
