Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and passionate

PGT English

to teach senior secondary students (Classes XI-XII). The ideal candidate will have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience preparing students for board and competitive examinations.

Key Responsibilities

Teach English to Classes XI and XII as per CBSE/ISC curriculum Plan and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans Prepare students for board examinations with a focus on results Assess, evaluate, and monitor student progress regularly Develop study materials, worksheets, and assessments Encourage critical thinking, reading, writing, and communication skills Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment Participate in academic planning, meetings, and school activities Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance
Required Skills & Competencies

Strong command of English language and literature Excellent verbal and written communication skills Sound knowledge of board exam patterns and evaluation methods Classroom management and student engagement skills Ability to use modern teaching aids and digital tools Student-centric and result-oriented approach
