Roles & Responsibility

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons in accordance with the CBSE curriculum. Foster a creative and stimulating classroom environment that promotes inquiry and learning. Develop lesson plans and assessment tools to evaluate student progress. Encourage students to express themselves through discussions, debates, writing assignments, and literary analysis. Provide individual guidance and support to students as needed. Maintain academic records, prepare report cards, and participate in parent-teacher meetings. Coordinate with fellow teachers to integrate cross-disciplinary themes. Organize and participate in literary activities, clubs, and competitions. Stay updated with modern teaching strategies and CBSE guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience

Postgraduate degree (MA/M.A.) in English. B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory. Minimum 3-5 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level. Thorough knowledge of CBSE curriculum and exam patterns. Proficient in lesson planning, evaluation techniques, and digital teaching tools.
