Job Description

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective lesson plans based on curriculum guidelines and educational standards. Teach English literature and language to postgraduate students, fostering their understanding and appreciation of the subject. Use a variety of instructional techniques and resources to engage students in active learning. Assess and evaluate students' performance, providing timely feedback to support their growth. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes students' intellectual and personal development. Collaborate with colleagues to design and align curriculum content and teaching strategies. Stay updated with advancements in the field of English literature and language, integrating new knowledge and teaching methodologies into your lessons. Support and guide students in their research projects, essays, and other academic endeavors. Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, assignments, and grades. Communicate effectively with parents or guardians, keeping them informed about their child's progress and addressing any concerns.
