We are looking for a committed and dynamic

PGT English Teacher

to join our senior secondary teaching team in

Nanded, Maharashtra

. The candidate will be responsible for teaching English literature and language to classes 11 and 12, encouraging analytical thinking, creativity, and communication skills among students.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver in-depth and engaging lessons in English Literature and Language to senior secondary students. Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and assessments in line with curriculum guidelines. Use innovative teaching methodologies to enhance student learning outcomes. Conduct regular assessments, provide constructive feedback, and maintain academic records. Prepare students for board examinations with thorough concept teaching and exam strategies. Encourage debates, public speaking, writing competitions, and other language development activities. Collaborate with colleagues to plan interdisciplinary and co-curricular activities. Attend staff meetings, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development programs. Create a positive classroom environment that promotes respect, learning, and discipline.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Master's Degree in English with B.Ed (mandatory). 1-2 years of experience teaching English at the senior secondary level. Excellent command over English - spoken and written. Proficiency with digital teaching tools and smart classrooms. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Passionate about teaching and mentoring adolescents.
