The PGT English teacher is responsible for teaching
English Language
, developing students' reading, writing, speaking, critical thinking skills and preparing them for board and competitive examinations.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging lessons focusing on grammar, vocabulary, literature and communication skills
Encourage critical analysis of prose, poetry, drama and unseen passages
Prepare students for board examinations, internal assessments and competitive exams
Assign, evaluate, homework, projects and written work
Required Qualifications
Postgraduate degree (M.A.) in English
B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education)

Experience
Teaching experience at senior secondary level preferred
Skills & Competencies
Strong command of English language and literature
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Effective classroom management
Ability to engage students through interactive teaching methods
