Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate PGT English Teacher to join our team at Pedagogy Consulting. As a PGT English Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality English education to students at our partner school in Vasant Kunj, Delhi, India. The ideal candidate will have a mid-level experience of 4 to 6 years in teaching English to secondary school students. This is a full-time position. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor\'s degree in English or a related field Post Graduate degree in English or Education is preferred Proven experience of 4 to 6 years in teaching English to secondary school students Strong knowledge of English language and literature Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences Passionate about teaching and dedicated to student success Familiarity with modern teaching methods and tools Patience and flexibility in adapting to diverse student needs Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment Roles And Responsibilities Deliver English language lessons to secondary school students in accordance with the school\'s curriculum Create and implement engaging lesson plans that promote active learning and critical thinking Provide effective and constructive feedback to students to enhance their language skills Assess and evaluate students\' performance and progress Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the English curriculum Participate in professional development activities to stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and techniques
