Plan, prepare, and deliver comprehensive and engaging lesson plans.
Develop students' advanced reading, writing, literature, and critical thinking skills.
Prepare students for board examinations with focused academic planning and assessments.
Conduct regular tests, assignments, and evaluations; maintain academic records.
Guide students in projects, presentations, debates, and literary activities.
Provide academic counseling and feedback to students and parents.
Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
Participate in curriculum development, teacher trainings, and academic meetings.
Support school functions, examinations, and co-curricular activities.
Eligibility Criteria
Post Graduate degree in English (M.A. English).
B.Ed. mandatory.
Minimum 4-5 years of teaching experience as a PGT English Teacher.
Strong subject knowledge and excellent command over English language.
Experience in board exam preparation and result-oriented teaching.
Proficiency in using smart boards and digital teaching tools.
