Position: PGT English Teacher

Salary: ?30,000 - ?40,000

Experience: 3-5 Years

Location: Sirsa / Kasna,GREATER NOIDA

Roles & Responsibilities:

Teach English to senior secondary classes (XI & XII) as per the CBSE curriculum.

Prepare lesson plans, learning modules, and creative teaching activities.

Explain grammar, literature, prose, poetry, and writing skills effectively.

Conduct regular assessments, evaluate student performance, and maintain records.

Guide students for board exams through practice tests, revisions, and doubt-clearing sessions.

Develop students' communication skills, vocabulary, and writing proficiency.

Organize English-related events such as debates, drama, poetry recitation, and literature club activities.

Use modern teaching tools such as smart classes, presentations, and audio-visual learning aids.

Maintain discipline and ensure a positive, supportive classroom environment.

Participate in school meetings, workshops, and academic planning activities.

Required Skills:

Excellent command over spoken and written English.

Strong knowledge of 11th & 12th English curriculum.

Effective classroom management and student engagement skills.

Creative teaching approach with ability to simplify complex concepts.

Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Ability to prepare students for CBSE board examinations.

Qualification:

Master's Degree in English (MA English)

B.Ed (mandatory)

Additional certifications in teaching or English literature preferred
