Job Description

Curriculum Development and Delivery:

Creating and delivering a comprehensive English curriculum that aligns with educational standards and covers various aspects of the language, including grammar, vocabulary, literature, and writing.

Lesson Planning:

Developing engaging and effective lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and promote critical thinking and communication skills.

Classroom Management:

Establishing a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.

Assessment and Feedback:

Evaluating student performance through assignments, tests, and other forms of assessment, providing constructive feedback, and monitoring progress.

Individualized Support:

Providing additional support to students who need help mastering English skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening.

Literature Exploration:

Introducing students to various literary genres, authors, and texts, encouraging critical analysis and interpretation.

Collaboration:

Collaborating with other teachers and participating in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends.

Communication:

Maintaining communication with parents regarding student progress and behavior.

Exam Preparation:

Preparing students for board examinations and other assessments.

Creating a Positive Learning Environment:

Fostering a love for reading and literature through engaging activities and discussions.
