Job Description

We are looking for a passionate PGT English teacher to join our faculty. The English Teachers responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, tests and assignments and educating student at Senior Secondary grades..

A successful English teacher should be culturally sensitive, well-organized and confident ,adaptable, strong communicators and desired to have good listening skills and zeal for learning .

Preparing and delivering engaging English lessons to students from different backgrounds, who all have different interests and abilities. Monitoring student performance, and adjusting teaching strategies and techniques for improved content delivery. Setting up exams, assessments, and experiments in accordance with curriculum requirements. Mentoring students for competitions and events Communicating any student issues to parents Coming up with suggestions to improve the English Department and general school operations. To assess, record and report on the development, progress, attainment and behaviour of ones students To assign work, correcting and marking work carried out by his/her students

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From ?50,000.00 per month
