Conduct regular class tests, formative and summative assessments.
2. Academic Responsibilities
Ensure syllabus completion as per academic calendar.
Prepare students for board examinations through practice papers and remedial classes.
Evaluate answer sheets and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain student academic records and performance reports.
3. Student Development
Enhance students' reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
Organize debates, elocution, drama, poetry recitations, and literary activities.
Identify slow learners and provide extra support.
4. Administrative Duties
Participate in school assemblies, events, competitions, and examinations.
Maintain discipline, decorum, and positive student behaviour.
Attend staff meetings, training programs, and parent-teacher meetings.
5. Professional Conduct
Follow school policies, rules, and code of conduct.
Maintain punctuality, professional behaviour, and confidentiality.
Stay updated with modern teaching methodologies and digital tools.
Required Qualifications:
Master's degree (MA) in English.
B.Ed. mandatory as per CBSE norms.
Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in senior secondary classes preferred.
