Plan and deliver engaging English lessons to secondary school students Evaluate and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment Encourage students to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills Encourage students to build confidence and fluency in hindi language Participate in school events and activities Requirements Bachelors degree in English and Education More than 2 years of teaching experience with secondary school students Strong command of the English language and literature Ability to communicate effectively and motivate students Familiarity with the CBSE education system and curriculum Willing to work and relocate in a rural and challenging environment Passion for teaching and making a difference in students lives
