We are seeking a passionate and experienced

Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in English

to join our dynamic academic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of the English language, a deep understanding of literature, and a proven ability to engage and inspire senior secondary students (Classes XI & XII).

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons in line with the CBSE curriculum. Teach English Literature and Language to senior secondary classes (Grades 11 and 12). Design and evaluate assignments, tests, and examinations to assess student progress. Develop and implement creative teaching strategies to promote critical thinking and communication skills. Maintain student discipline and ensure a safe, positive learning environment. Collaborate with colleagues for lesson planning, interdisciplinary teaching, and school events. Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and school functions. Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and CBSE guidelines.

Requirements:

Postgraduate degree (M.A.) in English from a recognized university. B.Ed. degree is mandatory. FRESHERS / 2-5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE-affiliated senior secondary school (preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using digital teaching tools and smart classrooms. Strong classroom management and organizational skills. Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in CBSE board exam preparation. Ability to integrate technology into the classroom. Creative approach to lesson planning and student engagement. Team player with a proactive attitude.
