Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced English Teacher to teach students of Classes 9 to 12, as per the CBSE curriculum. The ideal candidate will foster a love for literature and language while developing students' reading, writing, speaking, and critical thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with CBSE curriculum and educational best practices. Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and class assessments. Teach literature, grammar, composition, and language skills effectively. Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and exams, and maintain accurate academic records. Provide constructive feedback to students and support their academic growth. Organize and participate in co-curricular activities such as debates, elocution, drama, and literary events. Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment in the classroom. Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school meetings, parent-teacher interactions, and training programs. Stay updated with changes in CBSE guidelines and integrate them into teaching practices.
