Master's Degree in English (MA in English) from a recognized university B.Ed. or equivalent professional teaching qualification

Roles & Responsibilities:

Teach English language and literature to classes XI-XII as per the prescribed curriculum. Prepare structured lesson plans that enhance reading, writing, speaking, and analytical skills. Conduct periodic assessments, evaluate academic performance, and maintain accurate records. Use interactive and modern teaching methods, including digital learning tools. Encourage students to participate in literary events--debates, elocution, creative writing, and competitions. Prepare students thoroughly for board examinations through systematic coaching and revisions. Maintain classroom discipline and foster a positive, inclusive, and academically stimulating environment. Participate in school events, faculty meetings, parent-teacher interactions, and professional development sessions. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure effective curriculum implementation.
