? Postgraduate degree (M.A. in English) along with B.Ed. - both mandatory
? Excellent command over written and spoken English
? Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and digital tools
? Prior experience teaching CBSE board classes preferred Key Responsibilities:
? Teach English Language and Literature with engaging and student-centered methodologies
? Design and deliver well-structured lesson plans, learning activities, and assessment tools ? Foster critical thinking, analytical reading, and effective writing skills among students
? Prepare students thoroughly for board examinations and competitive assessments
? Contribute to curriculum enrichment, school literary activities, and academic events
? Collaborate with colleagues to drive academic innovation and continuous improvement
