Responsibilities

Develop and deliver engaging course content utilizing Blackboard and other LMS platforms. Facilitate adult education courses, ensuring that all students receive personalized attention and support. Conduct research in relevant fields, contributing to the academic community and enhancing course material. Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and program improvement initiatives. Employ creative writing techniques to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes. Maintain effective communication with students, fostering an inclusive classroom environment. Participate in faculty meetings, professional development opportunities, and community outreach programs.

Qualifications

Master's degree or higher in a relevant field with university experience preferred. Proven teaching experience in higher education. Strong writing skills with the ability to develop clear instructional materials. Familiarity with learning technologies and classroom management techniques. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective instruction and collaboration.
