Curriculum Development: Design and develop a comprehensive and up-to-date curriculum for

Business Studies, incorporating relevant concepts, theories, and real-world applications.

Instruction: Deliver effective and engaging classroom instruction to students at the secondary or senior secondary level, ensuring that all students have access to the necessary knowledge and skills for academic success.

Assessment and Evaluation: Create and administer assessments, quizzes, and examinations to evaluate student progress and achievement, and provide timely feedback to students and parents.

Classroom Management: Maintain a well-organized and disciplined classroom environment that promotes student learning, participation, and positive behavior.

Student Engagement: Implement innovative and interactive teaching methods to captivate students' interest and make learning Business Studies enjoyable and relevant.

Differentiated Instruction: Tailor teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles,abilities, and backgrounds, ensuring all students have equal opportunities to excel.

Student Support: Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to students, addressing their academic and personal needs as necessary.

Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest educational trends, teaching methods, and technology, and actively participate in professional development opportunities.

Parent Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents or guardians to discuss students' progress, academic goals, and behavioral concerns.

Extra-Curricular Activities: Encourage and participate in extracurricular activities related to

Business Studies, such as clubs, competitions, and events, to enhance the overall educational

experience.

Qualifications:

? A Master's degree in Business Studies, Economics, or a related field.

? B.Ed. or a relevant teaching certification.

? Previous teaching experience at the secondary or senior secondary level is preferred.

? Proficiency in using educational technology and tools for effective teaching.

Location: ETA 1 GREATER NOIDA

Pay: From ?35,000.00 per month
