for Senior Secondary classes.

Essential Qualifications

M.A./M.Sc. in Geography / M.com for Commerce

post / M.A. Psychology

from a recognised university (Core requirement).

B.Ed.

in accordance with CBSE norms. Strong academic background with conceptual clarity.

Mandatory Experience

Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience for Classes XI & XII

in a CBSE-affiliated school. Experience in: Handling board classes effectively Preparing students for CBSE board exams Setting question papers and conducting assessments Using modern teaching aids (Smart Board, digital tools, ICT)

Key Responsibilities

Teach to Classes XI & XII with conceptual depth, accuracy, and clarity. Prepare lesson plans, assignments, practicals, and projects as per CBSE curriculum. Ensure timely completion of syllabus with structured revision plans. Evaluate students regularly and maintain academic records. Guide students for board examinations and competitive exams where applicable. Participate in departmental planning, PTMs, workshops, and school events. Maintain discipline, academic standards, and effective classroom management.

Required Skills

Strong communication and presentation skills. Excellent subject command and ability to simplify concepts. Familiarity with digital tools, online teaching platforms, and smart-class technology. Professional, punctual, and student-centric approach.
