Key Responsibilities:

Teach

Commerce subjects

(primarily

Accountancy

and

Business Studies

, and optionally

Economics

) to students of Classes 11 and 12. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with

CBSE curriculum

. Prepare students for

board examinations

with rigorous practice and feedback. Use modern teaching methods including

ICT tools

, smart boards, and digital content. Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and exams. Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance. Encourage student participation in academic and co-curricular activities. Coordinate with parents and school administration regarding students' progress. Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and school events. Maintain discipline and a conducive learning environment in the classroom.

Qualifications and Experience:

Post Graduate degree

(M.Com or equivalent) in Commerce or related field.

B.Ed.

(Bachelor of Education) is

mandatory

as per CBSE norms.
