Design and evaluate assignments, projects, and examinations; maintain assessment records.
Provide academic support, career guidance, and remedial/enrichment classes for students.
Prepare students for board exams, competitions, and practical assessments.
Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive, productive learning environment.
Participate in CBSE trainings, school events, and administrative duties assigned by the school.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding academic performance and progress.
