Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced PGT Chemistry Teacher to deliver high-quality Chemistry instruction to senior secondary students (Classes XI and XII) as per CBSE curriculum guidelines. The ideal candidate should have deep subject knowledge, effective communication skills, and a passion for inspiring students to achieve academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and well-structured Chemistry lessons in accordance with the CBSE curriculum. Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs of students with varying learning abilities. Prepare students for CBSE board examinations through rigorous practice, assignments, and mock assessments. Evaluate students' academic progress and provide timely feedback. Maintain records of student performance and provide periodic progress reports to parents. Use a variety of instructional strategies and resources, including laboratory experiments, smart class tools, and online platforms. Organize and supervise Chemistry practical sessions as per CBSE guidelines. Participate actively in school events, academic planning, and departmental meetings. Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students pursuing competitive exams (NEET/JEE). Maintain classroom discipline and a safe learning environment. Stay updated with the latest developments in education and pedagogy.

Qualifications and Experience:

Postgraduate degree (M.Sc.) in Chemistry from a recognized university. B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory as per CBSE norms. Minimum 3-5 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level in a CBSE school. Experience in preparing students for competitive exams will be an advantage.
