Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Chemistry lessons as per CBSE/ICSE/State curriculum guidelines. Teach complex chemical concepts in an engaging, clear, and simplified manner. Prepare students for board examinations, competitive exams (JEE/NEET, etc.), and internal assessments. Conduct laboratory experiments, demonstrations, and ensure safety protocols in the Chemistry lab. Develop and evaluate lesson plans, assignments, tests, and projects. Provide academic support, mentoring, and remedial teaching for students when required. Integrate technology (smart boards, presentations, digital simulations) into teaching. Maintain discipline, motivate students, and foster a positive learning environment. Collaborate with colleagues and participate in departmental meetings, training, and school activities. Keep records of students' performance, attendance, and progress reports.
