Key Responsibilities

Instruction:

Teach advanced chemistry, focusing on conceptual clarity and real-world applications.

Curriculum:

Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with CBSE/national standards for classes XI-XII.

Practical Work:

Conduct safe and effective laboratory experiments, managing supplies.

Assessment:

Set assignments, tests, and exams; evaluate student progress; provide feedback.

Mentorship:

Guide students for board exams (CBSE) and entrance tests (NEET).

Classroom Management:

Maintain discipline, manage records, and create a positive environment.

Collaboration:

Work with other teachers to improve overall education.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

Education:

Master's degree in Chemistry/related field, plus a Bachelor's in Education (B.Ed.).

Experience:

Proven teaching experience at the senior secondary level.

Subject Knowledge:

Strong expertise in Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry.

Skills:

Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and classroom management.
