Key Responsibilities
Instruction & Lesson Planning:
Design and deliver comprehensive lessons in Inorganic, Organic, and Physical Chemistry aligned with the prescribed curriculum (e.g., CBSE).
Practical Work:
Conduct and supervise practical sessions in the Chemistry laboratory, ensuring all
safety protocols
are strictly followed.
Student Assessment:
Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and practical reports, providing continuous academic support and doubt-clearing sessions.
Coaching & Mentoring:
Prepare students with target-oriented coaching for high academic achievement in board exams and relevant entrance examinations.
Collaboration:
Actively participate in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
M.Sc. in Chemistry
or a related field.
Certification:
B.Ed.
(Bachelor of Education) is
mandatory
.
Experience:
Minimum
2
years of experience as a PGT Chemistry teacher at the senior secondary level.
Skills:
Strong subject expertise, excellent
English communication
and presentation skills, and familiarity with modern educational technology.
