Roles & Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver

engaging and innovative lessons

as per the CBSE curriculum. Maintain

comprehensive lesson plans

and academic records. Conduct

regular assessments, tests, and practical sessions

to evaluate student progress. Ensure effective

classroom management and discipline

, fostering a positive learning environment. Guide and mentor students for

board examinations, competitive exams (NEET/JEE)

where applicable. Integrate

technology and modern teaching practices

for better learner engagement. Collaborate with colleagues, academic coordinators, and parents for continuous academic improvement. Encourage participation in

co-curricular activities, science/maths exhibitions, and Olympiads

. Share

monthly syllabus progression reports

and ensure timely completion of curriculum.

Eligibility & Qualifications

Post Graduate Degree

in the respective subject (Chemistry/Physics/Biology/Mathematics) from a recognized university.

B.Ed. (mandatory)

in relevant stream. Minimum

3-5 years of teaching experience

at PGT level in a CBSE school (preferred). Strong

command over subject content

and excellent communication skills in English. Ability to

motivate and mentor senior secondary students

.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Barnala, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
