Job Profile:Roles and Responsibilities:

Teach Chemistry to senior secondary students (Classes 11 & 12) as per the CBSE curriculum. Prepare and deliver engaging, concept-based lessons aligned with NEP guidelines. Plan and execute practical sessions in the Chemistry laboratory, ensuring safety protocols. Create lesson plans, assess student progress, and maintain academic records. Provide academic mentoring and guidance for board exam preparation. Integrate digital resources and technology into teaching to enhance student learning. Use innovative and interactive teaching methods to foster a love for Chemistry. Monitor student behavior and ensure a disciplined learning environment. Conduct and participate in school-level academic competitions, science exhibitions, and Olympiads. Collaborate with faculty for cross-disciplinary teaching and special events. Participate in professional development programs and faculty meetings. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and development.

Required Skills and Attributes:

Deep understanding of Chemistry and strong command over subject knowledge. Passionate about teaching and mentoring young minds. Strong classroom management skills and student-centric teaching. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to use modern teaching aids, smart boards, and e-learning platforms. Ethical, punctual, well-organized, and a team player.

Pay

: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
