We are looking for a qualified and dedicated

PGT Chemistry Teacher

to teach

Grades 11 and 12 (CBSE curriculum)

and support students in their

NEET and JEE foundation preparation

. The candidate must have a strong conceptual understanding and the ability to inspire and guide students toward academic and competitive success.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach Chemistry to Grades 11 & 12 in accordance with the CBSE syllabus. Prepare students for

NEET

and

JEE (Main & Advanced)

foundation-level Chemistry. Develop and deliver high-quality lesson plans, assignments, and practice tests tailored to both board exams and entrance exams. Use innovative teaching methods to engage students and simplify complex concepts. Conduct regular assessments, analyze student performance, and provide detailed feedback. Offer support through extra classes, doubt-clearing sessions, and exam-specific strategies. Collaborate with academic coordinators and other subject teachers to ensure syllabus integration and timely coverage. Maintain accurate student records and progress reports. Participate in professional development programs, school events, and faculty meetings.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Master's degree (M.Sc.) in Chemistry with a B.Ed. Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level (Grades 11 & 12 CBSE). Experience or training in coaching students for

NEET and JEE Chemistry

is

highly preferred

. Strong communication, classroom management, and mentoring skills. Technologically savvy, with experience using digital tools for teaching and assessment.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

Exposure to question paper setting and evaluation for competitive exam modules. Familiarity with past NEET/JEE trends and strategies for concept reinforcement. Passion for teaching and a student-centric approach.
