Key Responsibilities:
Teach Chemistry concepts for senior secondary classes (CBSE/State Board curriculum).
Prepare students for board examinations and competitive exams such as NEET, JEE, and other entrance tests.
Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and practice tests.
Use innovative teaching methods to enhance understanding and retention.
Monitor student performance and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and a positive learning environment in the classroom.
Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide extra support when needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Postgraduate degree in Chemistry (M.Sc.) with B.Ed. preferred.
Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience at senior secondary level or in coaching institutes.
Strong command over subject matter and ability to simplify complex topics.
Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for teaching and student development.
